MG Cosmetics Project Factory

We are not an agency. We are a project factory.

We research and develop ideas, and turn them into concrete projects: brands, products, content and launches that reach the market.

What it is

Our product: the cosmetics project.

MG Cosmetics Project Factory is a brand, product, category and project development studio focused solely on the cosmetics sector. By reading the market, the consumer, the category and trends, it finds the opportunity and turns the idea from strategy into a concrete concept and a project that can go to market.

Unlike a classic agency it does not only execute, and unlike a classic consultancy it does not only advise: our product is the project itself.

What we do

Eleven production areas, one goal.

To produce cosmetics projects that are concrete, executable and commercially viable.

  1. 01

    Brand development

We build the brand’s strategic world and identity.

  2. 02

    Product development

We turn an idea into a holistic product concept.

  3. 03

    Trend & category

We read and reveal tomorrow’s areas of opportunity.

  4. 04

    Private label

We develop fully worked private-label projects without waiting for a brief.

  5. 05

    Category strategy

We identify growth areas through segment, portfolio, price and shelf.

  6. 06

    Concept & mock-up

We make the project visible and ready to evaluate.

  7. 07

    Launch & activation

We take the project to real market touchpoints.

  8. 08

    Brand content

We build the brand’s integrated communication system.

  9. 09

    Global to local

We turn global insight into local, commercial opportunity.

  10. 10

    Training & workshops

We pass the experience on to companies and their teams.

  11. 11

    E-commerce & digital commerce

We make the brand not just visible online but ready to sell. From Shopify store setup to the product catalogue, TR/EN content, payment and shipping infrastructure and SEO; from marketplace integrations to analytics, automation and go-live, we build the brand’s end-to-end e-commerce system.

Technical implementation supported by a senior Shopify engineer based in the U.S.

The Factory Line™

This is how an idea becomes a project.

Project Factory’s working system has five stages.

  1. See

We read the market, the consumer, the category and the world.

The market. The consumer. The category.

  2. Find

We find the gap, the need and the opportunity.

The gap. The opportunity. The insight.

  3. Build

We build the strategy, the brand and the concept.

The brand. The concept. The system.

  4. Make

We make the product and its touchpoints tangible.

The product. The experience. The materials.

  5. Launch

We take the project to the shelf, the market and the consumer.

To market. To shelf. To the consumer.

Project Engine

NeedResearchInsightConceptProductBrandMarketFinished project

We turn a need into research, research into insight, insight into a concept, the concept into a product, the product into a brand and the brand into a market. Sometimes we take on the whole process, sometimes only the part that is needed.

Not every project starts in the same place. But they all move through one system.

Project Definition

Before design, we find out what needs to be designed.

Before a bottle is designed, a formula developed, a logo drawn or a campaign prepared, there are questions to answer:

  1. What are we making?
  2. Who is it for?
  3. Why now?
  4. Which opportunity are we capturing?
  5. Which price world will it live in?
  6. How should it look, smell and feel?
  7. On which shelf should it win?

This is exactly where Project Factory starts.

First we define the right project. Then we build the system that brings it to life.

Production lines

Inside the factory.

Each line produces one part of the project. In a project they can all run together, or only the line that is needed is switched on.

Brand

A brand starts before the logo.

From name to positioning, from target audience to visual world: we build the brand’s DNA first.

We don’t leave the brand on paper. We turn strategy into real brand experiences that people can see, live and remember.

Product Factory

We turn the idea into a real product.

We build the complete product concept by working on category, format, ingredients, texture, scent, packaging, claims and price together.

We don’t write the formula; we define which product should be developed and the strategic direction of the formulation.

A good idea also has to work commercially. We design the product not only for the consumer, but together with its price, cost, channel, margin and shelf reality.

Packaging

Packaging is not a container. It is a decision.

We shape form, material, colour, texture, pump, cap and graphic world as the physical expression of the product strategy.

From form to material, from user experience to manufacturability: we make packaging not just look good, but actually work.

Scent is never chosen by chance.

We read trends, the category, the target audience and the product identity to set the right scent direction, and make the fragrance a clear part of the formulation.

Private Label Factory

We bring the project before the brief.

We identify private-label opportunities by reading the retailer’s customers, shelf, price architecture and category needs.

From product idea to packaging, from price world to mock-up and presentation, we make the project tangible, so we meet the buying team not with just an idea but with a worked-out product project.

We don’t wait for a brief. We come with a project.

Trend & category

We don’t follow trends. We read where they are going.

We don’t treat everything new as a trend; by reading the market, the consumer and the category we find the real signal and the opportunity.

From the global market to Türkiye, from the consumer to innovation, from shelf to design, we read the category as a whole and reveal its opportunities.

We look at the category, not just the product. We read it together with segment, portfolio, price, competition and shelf dynamics to reveal real growth areas.

Launch & brand experience

Making the product is not enough. It has to reach the market.

From launch to campaign, from channel to consumer contact, we manage every part that goes to market in one system.

A brand becomes a space. We carry the brand identity to physical touchpoints, from PR boxes to POP, from events to trade fairs.

Brand content & digital

We don’t make posts. We build systems.

We build what the brand will say, how it will look and how it stays consistent across every touchpoint, in one communication system.

Being visible online is not enough; you need to build a world. From communication strategy to social media creative, from corporate identity to the online store, we build the brand’s digital touchpoints under one identity.

How we work

We don’t give advice. We produce projects.

We turn the path from research to idea, from idea to product and from product to brand into concrete outputs.

ResearchDevelop the ideaBuild the productMake it tangible

  • We don’t wait for a brief.

We read the retail chain and the category, find the gap, and meet the buying team with a project whose product, packaging, price and positioning are ready.

  • All of it, or one part.

Sometimes we take on the whole process, sometimes only the part that is needed.

  • The goal stays the same.

To produce cosmetics projects that are concrete, executable and commercially viable.
